New Coils
ITC specializes in manufacturing a diverse range of coils for induction melting and heating applications. All our coils are engineered and designed for the customer’s specific production needs to maximize the efficiency of the melting or heating process. High conductivity copper tubing with proper wall thickness is selected to maximize electrical efficiency.
- Mechanical Properties:
Our induction melting coils have the mechanical strength to withstand the severe conditions of a foundry environment. We incorporate high-dielectric and high-temperature insulating materials in all our coils, with special attention to the operating environment, whether for vacuum or air melting applications.
- Applications:
We design custom coils for a wide range of applications, including custom melting systems, atomizer melting coils, channel furnace coils, as well as for any susceptor heating need.
- Design Process:
We work closely with you to understand your heating challenges and design a coil that exceeds your expectations. Our process includes detailed discussions after quote requested to understand your needs, using advanced CAD tools and simulation software for design and prototyping, thorough testing and validation to ensure performance standards are met, and efficient manufacturing for timely delivery. Each coil is documented with a unique serial number for easy tracking.
