This comprehensive melting system includes a power supply, a furnace that can be hydraulically tilted, a modular wrap-around deck with easily detachable steps, and gates that provide access from both sides. The gates facilitate convenient loading of pallets containing raw charge material.

Rebuild of a 300lb box furnace and coil

Rebuilding induction melting furnaces is a process that is best left to professionals. A furnace that is improperly rebuilt can result in more damage than the original issue.

With over 40 years of experience in induction melting and heating applications, ITC has continued supporting customers with repair services for every inductor type and brand. We are equipped to quickly repair, recondition or rebuild heating or melting coils and furnaces.

Our team recently completed this rebuild of a 300lb box furnace and coil with a new cast top and bottom.

ITC Manufactured a Brand New 1000lb Power Cube Melting Furnace

Induction Technology Corporation recently finished manufacturing a 1000 lb Power Cube Melting Furnace. This induction furnace can melt 1809 lb (821 kg) of steel, 1511 lb (685 kg) of brass, or 467 lb (212 kg) of aluminum. It has an extremely durable and high-quality construction with cast and fired refractory top and bottom blocks.

Induction Technology Corporation offers a diverse range of services and products to its customers. Recently, our team received a customer request to manufacture a Large Lift & Swing Melting Furnace with a custom color.

The critical element of the furnace is the lifting mechanism. When in the upwards position, it swings over 90 degrees to the left or right to access the crucible fully. The lift and swing melting furnace has crucible pedestals and refractory-lined spill pans.
