  • Cast and fired refractory top and bottom blocks

  • Coil is constructed from highly conductive, heavy-wall copper tubing

Optional Features

  • Furnace can be supplied with a hoist tilt frame for tilting by customer's overhead hoist or with hydraulic cylinders prepiped with a control valve mounted on either side of the furnace for hydraulically controlled tilting.
  • Fume collection ring (shown above right)
  • Wooden rear deck on furnaces 500 lbs. and larger (shown above left)
